Now it's time to step inside your CrossRiverPay 360 Gov space!

And the good news?

Logging in is simple.

Let's do it together.

Step 1 — Head to CrossRiverPay

Open the CrossRiverPay platform at crossriverpay.com and look for the:

Login button.

That's your doorway.
Give it a click and let's go!

Step 2 — Enter Your TIN

You'll need your Tax Identification Number (TIN) to sign in.

Enter your TIN carefully.

Quick tip:

Make sure you're entering the TIN associated with your CrossRiverPay account.

One small character in the wrong place can send you on an unnecessary treasure hunt.

So take a second.
Check it.
Then move on.

Step 3 — Enter Your Password

Now enter the password you created when you completed your account setup.

TIN + Password = Your Way In.

Keep your password private.

Don't share it with anyone — even if someone claims they need it to “help” you access your account.
Your password belongs to you.

Step 4 — Hit Sign-in

Everything looks good?
TIN entered?
Password entered?
Then…
